Caroline Criado Perez to deliver keynote speech at Pro Bono Economics 2020 Annual Lecture

Author of the critically acclaimed “Invisible Women - Exposing Data Bias in a World Designed for Men”, Caroline Criado Perez will appear at Pro Bono Economics’ next Annual Lecture.

The event itself will be held on the evening of March 26th at the Royal Institution in London.

Caroline will touch upon many of the issues that have seen Invisible Women become a #3 Sunday Times Bestseller and the winner of the Financial Times & McKinsey Business Book of the Year 2019.

This includes how bad data collection – specifically that which fails to account for the role of women in society and the economy – leads to bad resource allocation.

The keynote address will be followed by a panel discussion during which other leading experts in the fields of economics, technology, and data collection, will debate the issues at hand.

Further information on the panel and the event itself will be announced in due course.

In the meantime, please email Tia Manavis at [email protected] to register your interest in attending.
