Economic Associate

Becky has over 15 years of experience as a professional economist. During her career Becky has worked for regulatory bodies, consultancies and private companies, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how economics can inform and influence decision making in many different fields.

During her career Becky spent approaching 10 years at Ofcom, where she held roles as both an Economic and Policy Director. During her time at Ofcom she led the team of economists delivering analysis to support Ofcom's spectrum policies and had responsibility for overseeing Ofcom’s economic modelling work across all of its regulatory activities.  

Becky is currently working across multiple roles. Alongside her role at PBE she also works with Flint Global and Real Wireless to provide consultancy advice on spectrum and wider telecoms policy issues. She sits on the Business Growth committee of the Cheshire and Warrington LEP, which is helping to deliver the LEP's ambitious business growth objectives for the region, and is a Non-Executive Director at PortSwigger Web Security, where she focuses on helping this global player in the cyber security market to successfully establish its base in the North West of England.
