Commonweal Housing develops housing and support models to tackle specific social problems and injustices. Their projects test new approaches that can be replicated if proven successful.

Their Peer Landlord model provides a framework for peer mentoring and support through supportive shared housing, and will be evaluated on completion. The charity approached PBE for help to define what data would be required for this evaluation and advice on the right approach to analysis.

We matched Commonweal Housing with Geoffrey Kendrick from Nomura, who made a series of recommendations.

Our thanks go to Geoffrey Kendrick for his valuable time and input on this project.
